Bolivia 2005 E-Journal

Tuesday Update from Bolivia,

Dan wins the prize for early riser. He went running and dodging dogs with Solomon, a local. When he returned he awoke the rest of the men who attended a men’s breakfast at a local church plant. When we returned the women had had breakfast and we set to work. The girls prepared crafts for the compassion kids we’ll be with tomorrow and the men finished laying stone for the foundation of walk way. Unfortunately, no one escaped blisters today. The weather was beautiful today. Last night we saw storms over the mountains. Only a little bit of the rain made it over the mountains by this morning, but it cleared off fast.

At the end of the work day we played volleyball with some of the workers and some local youth. Andres, Veronica and Luis were really fun. Andres is studying to be a doctor at the university. Dinner consisted of Tacos with a variety of hot sauces. Tonight we will be heading to another church plant to show a video and possibly share our testimonies. It is very exciting to see how the Lord will use us tonight.

We are all well and having more fun than we think should be allowed. We are growing together as a team and it is neat to see how well we all encourage one another. Please continue to keep us in your prayers.
