| Hello! Time for our daily update! Today was a wonderful
day full of Jesus! We began another day without cleanliness. We are
beginning to get used to the feeling of nastiness. We are just kidding,
but it is true that we haven't had a shower in quite a while. Our first
stop of the day was at the church in Berdyansk. Wow! We performed the
Conveyor Belt skit. Jennifer said it was the best we had ever done and she
was very proud. It was the first time we made it through without laughing.
We were being stern for Jesus! It was neat hearing people worship in
another language. Praise God for translators! I have a new respect for
them. It's truly amazing! After the service we went home for sandwiches
and cake and then began the thirty-minute journey to Primorsk. That church
is alive and kickin'! This church is going to be moving into their own
building soon which is a true blessing from God. We each can definitely
see God working here. The youth group and choir provided several songs and
two skits. It was wonderful! We performed our skit again. After both
services we were able to practice our Russian and I think most people were
pleasantly surprised although they often answered us in English. Jennifer
and Heather then stayed with Jo in Primorsk for her English class. While
Joanna, Anastasia, and Cydil went with Ernie and Sergei and four women
from the church to look at an apartment for Jo and some other VIA's who
will be moving there soon. It was quite an experience. This evening we had
our own time of Praise and Worship in the house. We sang several praise
songs and Joanna gave a short devotion. Then we sat around talking about
the goodness of God. For the rest of the evening we will just chill out
and hopefully get some much needed rest. Tomorrow we start on another room
in the Home of Hope. We will also get to teach Jo's Advanced English
class. We will keep you posted. Have fun with the pics! We are praying for
you and we know you are praying for us because we definitely feel them. We
miss you and love you!
