The basement meeting room may
accommodate approximately 75 individuals. It is furnished with three
couches, two stuffed chairs, a cable TV/VCR/DVD player, ceiling hung projection screen,
and ping pong table. There is an attached kitchen furnished with a table, sink, stove, dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator. The basement also
has separate men's and women's restrooms with showers.
Folding tables and chairs are
available upon request.

OVERNIGHT RENTAL of the Center by Youth Groups, Sports Teams, Retreats, Etc.
(only applicable during extended breaks when the University is
not in session.
e.g. spring, summer, Thanksgiving and Christmas breaks)
We get frequent requests to rent the facility for overnight stays by groups
that are visiting the University or traveling through the area.
Groups must provide their own sleeping bags, pillows, and towels. Access
includes use of the student center kitchen(s) and outdoor spaces.
The table below outlines the cost structure for reserving the student center
building based on the portions you want to reserve and the number of individuals
in your group.

The private guestrooms are an additional cost but are
nice to offer for bus drivers, chaperones, or group members that have
small children and need a quiet space for napping or early bedtimes.
Guestrooms are $40/night based on double occupancy and include all
